The Thickslick with Flat Guard puncture protection from WTB-Freedom is the tire of the New York bike messengers. Designed for uncompromising use in the city, this tire shines its thick rubber layer through good cushioning and high picture resistance. In addition to the standard model, the Flat Guard has an extra Kevlar insert, which makes it extremely robust against punctures and damages from curbs.
