We love this bike from day one: today we would like to introduce the 2023 version of our well-known urban E-Bike "RAKEDE Boost".
Equipped with the latest version of the Gates Carbon Drive CDX Belt and crankset this bike does not look like the average E-Bike. The battery is hidden in the downtube, but surely you can reach it for service or exchange-reasons. The powerful 40NM motor is hidden in the hub of the rear-wheel. It operates almost without any noise and resistance, the cool thing is that you can ride the bike even without the support as any normal urban bike.
But why? Because it is quite light! The bikes total weight is only about 14kg which makes it lighter than many normal bicycles on the market (without batteries and motor). So it is absolutely no problem to carry your bike into the flat or garage for charging. The hub-motor is working without resistance, so the range of 60-70km could easily grow up to 90km when you are using low or no support on flat areas or tailwind.
We are shipping our bikes daily from Hamburg, also shipments to Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic are now possible (shipping costs are currently at €49 as for all other bikes). The final assembly takes only 15-30 minutes and could be executed at home easily, we offer our support on 6 days per week if you have problems or questions during assembly.
