Our customers in Hamburg really appreciate our local showroom and almost 80% of our clients decide to pick up their new bike in a ready-to-drive (fully assembled) condition. Even though the final assembly of our bikes is very simple, it is of course more comfortable to jump on a freshly inflated and fully adjusted bike.
We are pleased and excited to offer you this service now in Munich and Düsseldorf, too. Our friends from Listnride have opened a new “Experience Center” in a central location on the Isar and the Rhein, where you can see and check our current singlespeed & fixie bikes and, of course, book a test ride online. The popular “BLIZZ” is available in all 4 frame sizes as well as a selection of RAKEDE and RAKEDE Boost bikes.
You can find the Experience Center Munich at Thalkirchner Straße 210 in 81371 Munich. The opening times are available on the website.
In Düsseldorf, our test-location is at Himmelgeister Straße 45 in 40225 Düsseldorf.
How does a pick-up order work in practice? Actually, very simple: when ordering on our website, select the “Collection in Munich/Düsseldorf/Berlin” option as the shipping method. Then, we will prepare your bike for its shipping here in Hamburg and send it to the selected city. As soon as it is completely assembled for you, a notification will be sent to your email or phone letting you know that your new singlespeed bike is ready to be picked up.
Please understand that debit card or cash payments are not possible in this case. At our shop, in addition to prepayment, we also offer convenient solutions such as instant transfer, PayPal, credit card, and even payment in instalments (powered by PayPal).
